Dr. Sinan Al-Rubaye

Dr. Sinan is a graduate of Western University. He practiced dentistry in Dubai for 10 years before moving back to Canada in 2014. He was elected the Ontario Dental Association representative of his class during the Program at Schulich Dentistry, Western University.

Dr. Sinan has published many papers in Dentistry and attended Conferences and CME events to gain new skills and experience. He is an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and a Member of the American Dental Association (2008). He received the Committee Service Award from the Honours and Awards Committee and the Board of Directors of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) in 2016. Before joining Mill Ridge Family Dental Care in 2021, he has worked as an associate in a private practice in Dunnville Ontario for 6 years. He also works alongside his wife as an associate in her dental practice in Mississauga.

Dr. Sinan’s ability to excel is due to his high level of energy and motivation to succeed. He is a general practitioner with a passion for patient education, root canal treatments, wisdom teeth extractions, cosmetic dentistry and oral rehabilitation. He also performs moderate sedation dentistry including Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas).

Dr. Sinan is a strong believer in continuing education and enjoys the use of today’s dental technologies to provide patients with a more comfortable and enjoyable dental experience.

Dr. Sinan has lived in Milton with his family since 2013 and loves being an active member of our amazing community.

FUN FACT: Dr. Sinan has had the distinction of being an Olympic basketball player for the Iraq team and is an avid Toronto Raptors Fan.

Suzanne

Suzanne Carswell is a Registered Dental Hygienist with diplomas also in Dental Assistant, and Preventative Dental Assisting, who brings over 20 years of clinical experience to the practice.

Suzanne is mother to three active boys and grateful for the health of her family – as a way of giving back, Suzanne and her family foster puppies and breed dogs with Guide Dogs of Canada, who match dogs with the hearing and seeing impaired, physically challenged persons, as well as those suffering from epilepsy and autism. Their family is rewarded to know they are having a positive impact in the lives of families less fortunate than their own.

Erin

Erin grew up in Georgetown, Ontario and currently resides in Limehouse. She joined our administrative team in 2021 with a background in banking and hospitality.

Although new to the dental field, she has always had an interest in becoming a dental assistant and is currently pursuing this role.  In her spare time, Erin enjoys her days off with family and friends, participating in various sports and charity marathons.

Dr. Alyaa
Al-Shadeedi

Dr. Al-Shadeedi gained her DDS degree from Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry/Western University in London Ontario. She has a broad expertise in all fields of general dentistry.

Her clinical experiences include working with adults, elderly and children.

She is continually attending scientific courses, seminars and conferences to update her knowledge.

She strongly believes that every time she helps people by removing their pain, changing their smile, making them more confident, it is a beautiful thing, an action of love, a gift to that person.

When not at work, Dr. Al-Shadeedi loves travelling with her family and explores different cultures.

She, her husband (Dr.Sinan) and their triplets Farah, Jasmin and Jana are avid fans of the Toronto Raptors.
